Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Eternovintage. Our policy for returns and refunds lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for orders placed more than 30 days ago.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused condition, with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Any product that has been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Proof of Purchase
To initiate a return, please have your order number or receipt ready.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at acc@eternovintage.pro.
Sale Items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We currently only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at acc@eternovintage.pro for assistance. You will be required to ship the item to our facility at:

Gifts
If the item was a gift and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received and inspected.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to the address above. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. These costs are non-refundable. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
